傅钰研究二甲酸钾对南美白对虾生产性能的影响,添加 0.2% 和 0.5% 二甲酸钾后,南美白对虾的体重较未添加组分别提高 7.2% 和 7.4%,虾特定增长率提高 4.4%和 4.0%,虾生长力指数提高 3.8% 和 19.5%。Anggi 等研究发现,饲料中添加 1% 的二甲酸钾能够提高罗氏沼虾的日生长率、饲料效率和存活率。
Elala等研究表明,添加 0.2% 和 0.3% 的二甲酸钾后,罗非鱼的体增重较未添加组分别提高 15.16% 和 16.14%,特定生长率提高 11.69% 和 12.99%,饲料转化率均降低9.21%,经口感染嗜水气单胞菌的累积死亡率分别降低67.5% 和 82.5%,可见二甲酸钾在提高罗非鱼生长性能和抵抗疾病感染上具有积极的作用。Suphoronski等研究发现,二甲酸钾能够显著提高罗非鱼日增重和生长率,改善饲料转化率,降低因疾病感染的死亡率。
Naderi 等研究发现,二甲酸钾与乳酸杆菌类饲料添加剂 PrimaLac®联合使用能够显著提高虹鳟幼鱼的体增重、比生长率和消化酶活性。
Oyama等研究表明,日粮中添加0.9%的二甲酸钾改善非洲鲶鱼的血液学特征,尤其是血红蛋白水平。Xun 等研究发现,二甲酸钾能够显著提高卵形鲳鲹幼鱼的生长参数,与未添加组相比,增重率、特定生长率和饲料效率分别提高 9.87%、6.55% 和 2.03%, 推荐添加量为6.58 g/kg。
Kakavand 等研究表明,二甲酸钾在提高鲟鱼生长性能、血清和皮肤黏液中总免疫球蛋白、溶菌酶活性和总蛋白水平,改善肠道组织形态等方面均具有积极的作用,最佳添加范围为 8.48~8.83 g/kg。
Suryadi 等研究发现,二甲酸钾能够显著提高嗜水单胞菌感染的橘色鲨的存活率,以0.3% 的添加量的存活率最高,达 81.67%。
二甲酸钾在提高水产动物生产性能、降低死亡率等方面具有积极作用,可作为一种有益的饵料添加剂应用于水产养殖。
